Why is Responsible Gaming Important
Learn about 97bd9's commitment.
Responsible gaming at 97bd9 is not just a rule for us — it is part of our core values. We believe that online gaming is genuine entertainment only when it is enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. Thousands of players in Bangladesh visit the 97bd9 platform every day for entertainment — and ensuring that entertainment never becomes a source of harm is our goal.
Online gambling is an adult activity. To open an account and play any game at 97bd9 you must be at least 21 years old. Participation of minors in any form of gaming activity is strictly prohibited and is a direct violation of our platform's rules.
Responsible gaming means you know how much time and money you can spend, and you enjoy gaming as entertainment while staying within those limits. 97bd9 provides multiple tools to help you set and stick to those limits. On this page you can find full details about those tools, warning signs to watch for, and how to get support.
Our Safety Tools
97bd9 offers these features to keep you safe.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, deposits beyond that limit will not be possible — your budget stays protected. A request to increase a limit takes 24 hours to take effect, but a reduction applies immediately.
Taking a Break (Time-out)
When you feel you need a short break, you can take a temporary break from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During the break it will not be possible to log in to your account or place any bets. Access is automatically restored when the break ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to step away from gaming for a longer period, apply for self-exclusion. Options are available to keep your account closed from 6 months up to permanently. While self-exclusion is active, no promotional emails or messages will be sent.
Age Verification (21+)
Every user's age is verified at registration on 97bd9. We actively manage the age verification process to protect minors. If any account holder is found to be under 21, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be returned.
Session Time Reminder
97bd9 sends reminder messages at regular intervals to let you know how long you have been playing. You can set your own reminder interval — 30 minutes, 1 hour or more. This feature helps you manage your time mindfully.

For any issue related to responsible gaming, 97bd9's support team is ready to help in Bengali 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contact us directly via live chat or email [email protected] — we are always by your side.

Steps to Keep Yourself Safe
Follow these steps to ensure responsible gaming at 97bd9.
Set a Budget
Decide in advance how much money you can spend on entertainment each week or month. Avoid going beyond that limit and use 97bd9's deposit limit feature.
Stick to Time Limits
Decide how long you will play each day and stick to it. Keep the session time reminder feature turned on — it will keep you aware.
See It as Entertainment
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Never play with the expectation of winning back lost money. Treat every amount deposited as an entertainment expense.
Take a Break When Needed
If you feel your interest in playing is growing or your control is decreasing, use the Time-out feature immediately. Taking a break of 24 hours to 6 weeks is completely normal.
Apply for Self-Exclusion
If you feel a break is not enough, apply for self-exclusion. Contact us via live chat or email — we will help complete the process.
Seek Professional Help
Problem gambling is a treatable condition. Talk to your family and, if needed, seek advice from a mental health professional. Asking for help is a sign of courage.
97bd9's Commitment
The 97bd9 platform is committed to always ensuring a safe, fair and transparent environment. We operate under SSL encryption and fair play principles. All our games are verified by independent testers and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
We believe that a happy and healthy player is our greatest asset over the long term. So our commitment to responsible gaming is reflected not just in words — but in real tools and active support.
Our system automatically detects unusual playing patterns and, if needed, our support team reaches out directly. 97bd9 never encourages problem behaviour — our goal is long-term entertainment, not short-term gain.
